Due to the nature of our products and our low single-price model, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once an order is placed and confirmed.

When We Do Offer a Refund
While we don’t accept returns, we will issue a full refund in the following situations:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was lost in transit and not delivered within the expected timeframe
How to Raise a Refund Request
If your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date, in case of non-delivery) at:

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Actual credit timelines may vary by bank. We have no control over processing times once the refund is initiated from our end.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong item — return shipping will be covered by us.
- If the return is requested for any other reason — return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. (Note: We generally do not accept returns outside the above qualifying reasons.)
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor cosmetic variations from product images
- Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling
